Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves. You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act. Can you pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? A good tree produces good fruit, and a bad tree produces bad fruit. A good tree can’t produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can’t produce good fruit. So every tree that does not produce good fruit is chopped down and thrown into the fire. Yes, just as you can identify a tree by its fruit, so you can identify people by their actions. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:15-20‬ ‭(NLT‬‬)

God blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭(NLT‬‬)

For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. Jeremiah 29:11-13 (NLT) Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8 (NLT) Spend time with me. Invest yourself and you will learn what to ask for. Ask with clarity and confidence. Learn to seek after me and my ways. Spend time so you might find what is on my heart. Learn the direction and timing I have for you.

Don’t sit alone in darkness. Come to me. I am the light. I am the life which releases peace. Know my ways, learn the depth of my love. I will send great waves of peace to wash over and refresh you. Reach out to me with expectation.

Jesus left there and went to his hometown, accompanied by his disciples. When the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were amazed. “Where did this man get these things?” they asked. “What’s this wisdom that has been given him? What are these remarkable miracles he is performing? Isn’t this the carpenter? Isn’t this Mary’s son and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas and Simon? Aren’t his sisters here with us?” And they took offense at him. Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town, among his relatives and in his own home.” He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them. He was amazed at their lack of faith. Then Jesus went around teaching from village to village. ‭‭Mark‬ ‭6:1-6‬ (‭NIV‬‬)

Papa has an answer for you. He says yes. Continue moving forward with your plan. Don’t be guided by your feelings or what other other’s opinion may be, but seek Him. You will clearly understand when it’s time to stop. Sense the love HE has for you and walk forward.

Watch for me. I am about to surprise you. Watch the road signs as you are travelling in your daily route. They will reveal to your heart of what I am about to do. Follow their direction. I will be present. Await for me.

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously  and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But he must ask in faith  without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. ‭‭James‬ ‭1:5-8‬ ‭(NASB)

Don’t hold back but draw nearer. I will fill and strengthen you as you spend time with me. Sit and observe my ways. I speak life into those tired and discouraged. Come closer and experience my peace.

Wherever the spirit would go, they would go, and the wheels would rise alongside them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels. When the creatures moved, the wheels moved; when the creatures stood still, the wheels stood still; and when the creatures rose from the ground, the wheels rose alongside them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels. Spread out above the heads of the living creatures was the likeness of an awesome expanse, gleaming like crystal. And under the expanse, their wings stretched out toward one another. Each one also had two wings covering its body. When the creatures moved, I heard the sound of their wings like the roar of many waters, like the voice of the Almighty, like the tumult of an army. And it happened one day that the sons of God came to present themselves before Yahweh, and Satan also came into their midst. So Yahweh said to Satan, “From where have you come?” Then Satan answered Yahweh and said, “From roaming on the earth and from walking about in it.”  Job 1:6-7 (LEB)

In the beginning I knew you. I have set out plans and a destiny for you. You are specially created and gifted in me. Reach out. Push past your zone of comfort. Allow me to bless others thru you.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without order, and empty; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light, and there was light. ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:1-3‬ (‭JUB‬‬) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. ‭‭John‬ ‭1:1, 3-4‬ ‭(NIV‬‬)

They will say to you, Seek oracles at the pits used to conjure up underworld spirits, from the magicians who chirp and mutter incantations.  Should people not seek oracles from their gods, by asking the dead about the destiny of the living? Then you must recall the Lord’s instructions and the prophetic testimony of what would happen. Certainly they say such things because their minds are spiritually darkened. They will pass through the land destitute and starving. Their hunger will make them angry, and they will curse their king and their God as they look upward.  When one looks out over the land, he sees distress and darkness, gloom and anxiety, darkness and people forced from the land.   ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭8:19-22‬ (‭NET‬‬)

Arise! Shine!  For your light arrives! The splendor of the Lord shines on you! For, look, darkness covers the earth and deep darkness covers the nations, but the Lord shines on you; his splendor appears over you. Nations come to your light, kings to your bright light. Look all around you! They all gather and come to you – your sons come from far away and your daughters are escorted by guardians. Then you will look and smile, you will be excited and your heart will swell with pride. For the riches of distant lands will belong to you and the wealth of nations will come to you. ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭60:1-5‬ ‭(NET‬‬)

Put fear aside. Learn to walk with expectancy to receive what you need. Look to me. I will yet direct your pathway and provision. Walk knowing you are loved and share my ways with those I show you. In my way is truth and life.

Heavenly Father, I thank you. Creator-God, your ways and ideas are far above what I can imagine. Your wisdom is far above that of the created beings. Your fore-thought knows many things that have yet to be revealed. I ask for your forgiveness. There are too many ways in which I have failed and yet you continue to show love and protection. I ask for your divine guidance. Help me to become aware of what you have for me to be doing. Help me to recognize your hand of direction in further years of my life. Help me to recognize and follow the direction of Wisdom.

I don’t always recognize the obvious. I can miss the quiet and subtle ways GOD  is trying to reach me.  Things can pass right over my lack-of spiritual awareness.  Yesterday morning was such a fine example. I was walking the dogs this Sunday morning at our local recreation center. It was quiet, as there were very few others. As we walked, there came a dove which flew over us. It landed on a fence in front of us. I could hear it coo as it landed. As I looked at the dove it seemed to be watching us. It was holding a single large piece of grass. It followed our movement as we passed by. Then Noah sent out a dove to see if the waters had receded from the surface of the ground. The dove could not find a resting place for its feet because water still covered the surface  of the entire earth, and so it returned to Noah in the ark. He stretched out his hand,  took the dove, and brought it back into the ark. He waited seven more days and then sent out the dove...

I will praise the Lord at all times; my mouth will continually praise him. I will boast in the Lord; let the oppressed hear and rejoice! Magnify the Lord with me! Let’s praise his name together! I sought the Lord’s help and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him for help are happy; their faces are not ashamed. This oppressed man cried out and the Lord heard; he saved him from all his troubles. The Lord’s angel camps around the Lord’s loyal followers and delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good! How blessed is the one who takes shelter in him! Remain loyal to the Lord, you chosen people of his, for his loyal followers lack nothing! Even young lions sometimes lack food and are hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Come children! Listen to me! I will teach you what it means to fear the Lord. Do you want to really live? Would you love to live a long, happy life? Then make sure you don’t speak evil words or use deceptive speech! ...
