Ahead of me in the far left lane I saw a white van.  I'm driving a bit more before I see there is a band aid on the side of the van.  It reminded me of one with children's style bad aid with drawings on it.  Much of the back passenger side of the van had a band aid. Driving home from work, I heard the Lord speak to me. It had been a rainy morning, but now the skies were mostly clear and a pale blue clear. I am off work today. This morning I was driving the dogs to their grooming appointment. Driving out of our cul de sac I saw a "different" sight to my right side. On the peak of the roof were two birds. On the left side was a very large crow (not sure if it was a raven or not) looking sbout, while on the right side of the roof peak was a mallard duck. Now that really caught my attention...

When the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court, she met with his approval. The king extended to Esther the gold scepter that was in his hand, and Esther approached and touched the end of the scepter. Esther 5:2 (NET) I'm not one for watching horses races, but felt lead to pay attention to this year's Kentucky Derby.  I heard the Father say he would speak to us through the race. I was not quite sure what to expect. It was a muddy track, but the race still was exciting with a far away winner and a three horses nose to nose to determine the place and show. Here are a few things which spoke to me. The race date itself was 5 to 09 (5/2/09). If we persist he will lead us from grace to fruitfulness. We will end with the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
