As I was turning the corner by a gas station I heard God ask me a question, “What do you see?” I thought for a moment and responded, “I see the price of gasoline is rising again.” I heard the father respond to me, In me there is stability I am that firm foundation you seek. I am immutable; unchanging. My value does not fluctuate like a futures market. I am the light that does not grow dim. My oil is inexhaustible. Draw your strength from me Else you perish in self-doubt. Fill your ways with my oil. Do not allow the flame before my altar be extinguished. I am the cloud by day. I am the fire by night. Be filled with my precious oil. Allow me to burn within you. Move closer to me. Search my eyes of fire. Be filled with the revelation of my love that burns for my creation. Partner withme. I am the revealing God. Step into my light. I am unchanging. I have created you in my image. Allow me to reveal my holiness in you. Let my ways penetrate your life. I am here now. Listen with your spirit. I am revealing my love. Let me touch you at the point of your weaknesses. Allow me to reveal healing and wholeness into the corners of your confusion. Be translucent with me. You will be cleaned In my presence. I bring no harm, but Reveal the strongholds, those ways to which you are blinded. Allow the blood of my son to reveal my plans for you.

Samuel is a rich prophetic model for the changing times from which we can gain insight. Despite what the “obvious” presents Samuel had a rich family lineage. Even in his given name he was blessed, as Samuel means “asked of God”. The lineage from 1 Samuel 1:1 lists the five generations leading up to the his birth. 5 is the number of grace & atonement. Like Samuel, we have a rich heritage. There was a certain man of Ramathaim-zophim of the hill country of Ephraim whose name was Elkanah (God has obtained) the son of Jeroham, (compassionate) son of Elihu, (strength) son of Tohu, (humility) son of Zuph, an Ephrathite (dripping with honey) We are of the Family of God. We are sons of God, just as Jesus. We have the attributes of our Father, just as Jesus does. Samuel was born from the tribe of Ephraim, meaning fruitfulness. In Deuteronomy 33:17 Ephraim received the right hand of his grandfather’s blessing over his older brother. Matthew 1:17 tells us there were 14 generations Abraham --

Each time I’ve asked, He’s given me the same answer, “Tell them I love them.” You have the freedom to worship me: To be released into my love, the liberty to proclaim wholeness. You are set free …free from the past and free from the future. You have the freedom to walk with me, and freedom from what grips you. You have freedom to sit with me, as friends sit together talking with one another. Tell them I love them. My love casts out all fear. You can not disappoint me; you are complete in my son. Genesis 12:4 (NASB) I have recently been distracted with the busyness that comes from moving. While it was but a short move, it was none-the-less a hectic time. I was glad one day when I had found a penny on a walk. I pondered the significance the date. The next evening I again was on a short walk. As I looked down I saw another penny. I picked it up and examined the date, 1975. It was the same year as the evening before. In my life 1975 was a busy time with graduation changes and geographic moves, ending in Bennington Vermont. As I mulled over the odds of finding two pennies as I had, I asked God if He wanted to speak to me. Immediately I saw another penny, this one shining in the road. This penny seemed pretty new. I was very surprised when I saw that it too had the date of 1975. God is speaking to His people, sometimes in ways that seem superf

Deuteronomy 11:11-12 (AMP) I am the God of love and provision. This is the time to move forth. This is the very day that I release you. Put aside your ways and thoughts. Ask me. Will I not answer you and grant direction? Feed the hungry. Feed my sheep. Bless the fatherless and widows with what I have already given you. I have created a need within you. You will not be satisfied or fulfilled until you begin to walk in the ways of my Spirit. Take up my ways. Learn to walk in my power. Move into the things I have placed within you. Allow me to love you, so that you may learn to love those others. I came for my whole creation. It is time to trust me. I am love. In me comes forth truth and life.
