Upon Learning

He and the others with him were all amazed at the large number of fish they had caught. The same was true of Simon's partners, James and John, the sons of Zebedee. Jesus said to Simon, Don't be afraid; from now on you will be catching people. They pulled the boats up on the beach, left everything, and followed Jesus. ‭‭Luke‬ ‭5‬:‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭(GNT)‬‬ Listen for me. Slow your pace and hear me speaking. Find what I am saying and how to apply it. Learn how to respond. I am calling your name. I am awaiting your response.

His Teaching Us

and he began to teach them: Blessed are those who recognize they are spiritually helpless. The kingdom of heaven belongs to them. Blessed are those who mourn. They will be comforted. Blessed are those who are gentle. They will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for God’s approval. They will be satisfied. Blessed are those who show mercy. They will be treated mercifully. Blessed are those whose thoughts are pure. They will see God. Blessed are those who make peace. They will be called God’s children. Blessed are those who are persecuted for doing what God approves of. The kingdom of heaven belongs to them. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭2‬-‭10‬ ‭(GW‬‬) Put your trust in me. I will lead you in the pathway of righteousness. I will show you what you need to know. I have given you the tools you need. Feed the hungry, heal the sick. Reach out to those I place in your pathway. Show them my love without judgment. You have received my blessings. Now share to those I show you.

Believing

They got up early in the morning and went to the desert of Tekoa. As they were leaving, Jehoshaphat stopped and said, Listen to me, people of Judah and those living in Jerusalem. Trust the Lord your God, and believe. Believe his prophets, and you will succeed. 2 Chronicles 20:20 (GW) Where can you look and not see what I have created? Don’t be in a hurry, but pause and allow me to speak with you. Allow my heart to reach you and cover you in my love.

Don't Hesitate

Go through! Go through the gates! Prepare a way for the people! Build up! Build up the highway! Clear away the stones! Raise a flag for the people! ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭62‬:‭10‬ ‭(GW‬‬) Jesus answered them, I’ve told you, but you don’t believe me. The things that I do in my Father’s name testify on my behalf. However, you don’t believe because you’re not my sheep. My sheep respond to my voice, and I know who they are. They follow me, John 10:25-27 (GW) Watch how you measure things. This is a time of pruning, a cutting back for mature in-season fruit. Don’t hesitate, but continue. You must come through the gate.

My Provision

Enter through the narrow gate because the gate and road that lead to destruction are wide. Many enter through the wide gate. But the narrow gate and the road that lead to life are full of trouble. Only a few people find the narrow gate. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭(GW‬‬) Don’t allow pride to enter your life. It will cause your vision to become distorted. It will lead you toward destruction. Walk with me and I will whisper direction for you to follow. I will show you the way to life in Me. Seek me and the way I have provided.

Is this for you?

For the one awaiting instruction; It is time. You must come through the gate.

Each Day

Talk with me, expecting I will answer you. If you wish more from me, then you must begin to step forth. Pray for your enemies. Speak my truth aloud. Let yourself hear my words. Within them is life and direction. I am with you. I am directing you in your dreams. I am protecting you from the ways of the enemy. Don’t be shy. Open your heart to my leading. I am there with you each day.

Are You Listening

Remember this, my dear friends! Everyone must be quick to listen, but slow to speak and slow to become angry. Human anger does not achieve God's righteous purpose.  ‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭19‬-‭20‬ (‭GNT)‬‬ Listen to the quiet and you will hear my speaking your name. Allow my peace to bring healing. I am there awaiting you. Are you listening?

Freedom

Freedom is what we have—Christ has set us free! Stand, then, as free people, and do not allow yourselves to become slaves again. Galatians 5:1 (GNT) Partake of what I have for you. I am there with you. My handiwork is wherever you set your eyes. Look about and I am there. I am with the hungry and homeless, those who’ve yet to know their father. Recognize my directing you and respond. Walk in my freedom.

Dependable

This God—how perfect are his deeds! How dependable his words! He is like a shield for all who seek his protection. The Lord alone is God; God alone is our defense. He is the God who makes me strong, who makes my pathway safe. He makes me sure-footed as a deer; he keeps me safe on the mountains. Psalm 18:30-33 (GNT) Lift up a smiling face. Father-God is sending his encouragement. Continue in Him and the plan He’s given you. He will show you what you need be doing. Speak forth His encouraging Words and they will come back to you. Speak wholeness and hope. Let them reflect your actions.

A Reminder

When you pray, I will answer you. When you call to me, I will respond. Wash yourself and ways so that your heart is pure. I will lead you in the pathways you are needed. Reach out and allow me to guide you. If you put an end to oppression, to every gesture of contempt, and to every evil word; if you give food to the hungry and satisfy those who are in need, then the darkness around you will turn to the brightness of noon. And I will always guide you and satisfy you with good things. I will keep you strong and well. You will be like a garden that has plenty of water, like a spring of water that never goes dry. Isaiah 58:9-11 (GNT)

Protector

The Lord is my protector; he is my strong fortress. My God is my protection, and with him I am safe. He protects me like a shield; he defends me and keeps me safe. I call to the Lord, and he saves me from my enemies. Praise the Lord!    Psalm 18:2-3 (GNT) I have not changed. I am yet the protector of my creation. I have provided you with what is needed to do what I’ve called you to be doing. Step inside my shadow of protection. Draw close and listen to my heart. I will guide your way.

Song of Victory

In my trouble I called to the Lord; I called to my God for help. In his temple he heard my voice; he listened to my cry for help. Then the earth trembled and shook; the foundations of the mountains rocked and quivered, because God was angry. Smoke poured out of his nostrils, a consuming flame and burning coals from his mouth. He tore the sky open and came down with a dark cloud under his feet. He flew swiftly on his winged creature; he traveled on the wings of the wind. He covered himself with darkness; thick clouds, full of water, surrounded him. Hailstones and flashes of fire came from the lightning before him and broke through the dark clouds. Then the Lord thundered from the sky; and the voice of the Most High was heard. He shot his arrows and scattered his enemies; with flashes of lightning he sent them running. The floor of the ocean was laid bare, and the foundations of the earth were uncovered, when you rebuked your enemies, Lord, and roared at them in anger. The Lord reached

Alignment

Pause and listen to the sounds of my creation. Close yourself away from the distractions and await me. You wonder why you do not have more. You’ve not asked for what you need, but only for what you want. Align yourself in me.

Release Healing

Watch for me and you will find me. I am reaching out, showing myself to those in need. My healing is available. It begins in trust. I am there in your everyday activities. Learn to recognize my presence. It is urging you to step forth in faith. Release healing.

Asking and Receiving

Solomon went up there to the bronze altar before the LORD, which was at the Tent of Meeting, and offered one thousand burnt offerings on it. That night, God appeared to Solomon and said to him, “Ask for what you want me to give you.” Solomon said to God, You have shown great loving kindness to David my father, and have made me king in his place. Now, LORD God, let your promise to David my father be established; for you have made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude. Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of yours? God said to Solomon, “Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches, wealth, honour, or the life of those who hate you, nor yet have you asked for long life; but have asked for wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge my people, over whom I have made you king, therefore wisdom and knowledge is granted to you. I will give you riches, wealth, an

Standing Firm

Walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers: Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew, his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.” They immediately left their nets and followed him. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭4‬:‭18‬-‭20‬ ‭(WEBBE‬‬) Don’t allow your feelings dictate your relationship with me. My Word never changes. Stand firm in Me.

My Light

O Lord, you give me light; you dispel my darkness. You give me strength to attack my enemies and power to overcome their defenses. Psalm 18:28-29 (GNT) Since your beginning you’ve been covered with my love. My covering yet remains with you, protecting you. My light shows you the way in which you can journey. Step forward in my confidence. Speak direction and love to those who cross your pathway. I have placed them their so you might grow. Let there be no fear. Walk in knowing whose you are. You are mine. My light shines from you for others.

Invitation

The Lord will continually lead you; he will feed you even in parched regions. He will give you renewed strength, and you will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring that continually produces water. Your perpetual ruins will be rebuilt; you will reestablish the ancient foundations. You will be called, ‘The one who repairs broken walls, the one who makes the streets inhabitable again.’ ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭58‬:‭11‬-‭12‬ (‭NET‬‬) Draw near. Quiet the business of your mind. Seek me and I will be found in plain sight in front of you. Just stop in the busyness of your day and call out to me. Call expecting me to answer. Do not be fearful, but come believing I will answer you. I will show you what yet there is for you to be doing.

You Are Mine

One day Jesus was standing on the shore of Lake Gennesaret while the people pushed their way up to him to listen to the word of God. He saw two boats pulled up on the beach; the fishermen had left them and were washing the nets. Jesus got into one of the boats—it belonged to Simon— and asked him to push off a little from the shore. Jesus sat in the boat and taught the crowd. When he finished speaking, he said to Simon, Push the boat  out further to the deep water, and you and your  partners let down your nets for a catch. ‭‭Luke‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ (‭GNT) Stand and draw closer to my throne. Allow my ways to permeate your way of thinking. I wish you to grow firm in what I see within you. You are my reflection to the world. Come closer and be refreshed in my love and acceptance. Be renewed in hope and patience. You are mine. Allow my light to shine.

Reflections

Do not be afraid—I am with you! I am your God —let nothing terrify you! I will make you strong and help you; I will protect you and save you. Isaiah 41:10 (GNT) Remember those things I have placed within your Life-pathway. Like landmarks look back upon them. While they are years past, they are for years to come. My heart nor my words have not changed, I have  gifted you with parts to be shared. I have blessed you  with reflections of me and my heart.

Big Change

Don’t become impatient. Allow my love to express through you. Lay praying hands upon those I show to you. Allow me to release what they need, wholeness in me. Refresh yourself in my Word. Let it flow through you. Allow it to feed you. Step forward. Big change is closer than you realize.

Share My Heart

Peter said to him, “Lord, if it is you, order me to come to you on the water.” So he said, “Come.” Peter got out of the boat, walked on the water, and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the strong wind he became afraid. And starting to sink, he cried out, “Lord, save me!”” Matthew 14:28-30 (NET) There is no need to rush, but walk with me. Explore what I have for you. I am the one who supplies for all your needs. Reach out to me so you can share my heart for others.

Dig the Ditches

and he said, “This is what the Lord says: ‘Dig ditches all over this dry stream bed. Even though you will not see any rain or wind, this stream bed will be filled with water, and you, your livestock, and your pack animals will have plenty to drink. 2 Kings 3: 16-17 (GNT) Don’t panic as things begin to change. I Am there yet with you. I will guide you and cause provision to come your way. It’s time to wear the new shirt. Take out the garment I have provided you and begin to wear it. It will provide the necessary cover.

Where Are You Going?

The angel of the Lord met Hagar at a spring in the desert on the road to Shur and said, “Hagar, slave of Sarai, where have you come from and where are you going?” She answered, “I am running away from my mistress.” He said, “Go back to her and be her slave.” Then he said, “I will give you so many descendants that no one will be able to count them.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭16‬:‭7‬-‭10‬ (‭GNT‬)‬ Where are you going? Where have you been? Let me guide you to the right pathway, to show you the way I have for you. Stop going down the old rabbit trails and walk with me. Don’t stumble into the past. I have more for you to experience.

What is Needed

Why are you running away? Don’t allow the word-threats of the enemy to guide you, but listen for me. I will direct your journey. Lift your head upward and open your eyes. Call upon me. I will show you what is needed.

Prayer from Psalms

O Lord, my God, I come to you for protection; rescue me and save me from all who pursue me, or else like a lion they will carry me off where no one can save me, and there they will tear me to pieces. O Lord, my God, if I have wronged anyone, if I have betrayed a friend or without cause done violence to my enemy— if I have done any of these things — then let my enemies pursue me and catch me, let them cut me down and kill me and leave me lifeless on the ground! Rise in your anger, O Lord! Stand up against the fury of my enemies; rouse yourself and help me! Justice is what you demand, so bring together all the peoples around you, and rule over them from above. You are the judge of all people. Judge in my favor, O Lord; you know that I am innocent. You are a righteous God and judge our thoughts and desires. Stop the wickedness of evildoers and reward those who are good. Psalm 7:1-9 (GNT)

What Are You Doing Here?

When Elijah heard it, he covered his face with his cloak  and went out and stood at the entrance of the cave.  A voice said to him, “Elijah, what are you doing here?” ‭‭1 Kings‬ ‭19‬:‭13‬ ‭(GNT‬‬) Listen for the approaching thunder. It announces my coming. It spits forth bolts of light across the sky. Don’t be frightened, but speak to the winds. Direct them to clean up the debris and words left by the enemy.

Listen to My Voice

Jesus answered, “I have already told you, but you would not believe me. The deeds I do by my Father's authority speak on my behalf; but you will not believe, for you are not my sheep. My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” John 10:25-27 (GNT) Watch for me and I will show myself. I will lead you in the pathway set for you. I will guide you with my eyes. Be patient as I have been with you. Be bold. Reflect the colours I have cloaked you with.

Day-7

And so the whole universe was completed. By the seventh day God finished what he had been doing and stopped working. He blessed the seventh day and set it apart as a special day, because by that day he had completed his creation and stopped working. And that is how the universe was created. ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭2‬:‭1‬-‭4a‬ (‭GNT)‬‬ Don’t rush through your day. If you are listening I will begin to explain those things which you have been asking. I will expand your capacity. Watch in front of you. I will be the signpost to direct you. Those things which once bothered you will be answered. Patiently listen as you rest. I will bless you. The breeze of my ways will come upon you.

Grow in My Ways

Each one, as a good manager of God's different gifts, must use for the good of others the special gift he has received from God. ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭4‬:‭10‬ ‭(GNT‬‬) Do not ignore the weeds that would creep into your life. Take the time to remove them. Pull them out before they try to take-over. Grow in my ways. Strengthen what I’ve implanted within you.

The Path of Righteousness

Do not be worried and upset,” Jesus told them. “Believe in God and believe also in me. There are many rooms in my Father's house, and I am going to prepare a place for you. I would not tell you this if it were not so. And after I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to myself, so that you will be where I am. You know the way that leads to the place where I am going. ‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭(GNT‬‬) Learn to recognize my ways of getting your attention. Know when things are of me or they are of the enemy. I have planted seeds within you which need to grow in my light. The enemy would see them scattered about. He would deprive them of what they need. Stand firm in me. Call upon my name and I will respond. I will show you the way you should go. I will lead you into the path of righteousness.

It's Time

I am telling you the truth: those who believe in me will do what I do —yes, they will do even greater things, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask for in my name, so that the Father's glory will be shown through the Son. If you ask me for anything in my name, I will do it. John 14:12-14 (GNT)

Freedom in Me

Freedom is what we have—Christ has set us free! Stand, then, as free people, and do not allow yourselves to become slaves again. ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬ ‭(GNT‬‬) Don’t be caught in comparing yourself. It is your uniqueness in me which I see. I have made you with a purpose in my family, similar, yet distinct. Draw deeper into me. Allow me to fill you and release healing. Watch me work through your actions. I will fill you so you may overflow to those who cross your pathway. You are my representative. Be about sharing my heart.

Test My Word

When all the Israelites saw the fire come down and the Lord’s splendor over the temple, they got on their knees with their faces downward toward the pavement. They worshiped and gave thanks to the Lord, saying, “Certainly he is good; certainly his loyal love endures!” ‭‭2 Chronicles‬ ‭7‬:‭3‬ ‭(NET‬‬) Do not become lazy or complacent but awaken yourself. I am ever-there before you. Believe the words I have spoken to you. Open your eyes to my leading you. Reach forth and test my Word. See if it is not true. Within it is life. It is what you need. Allow it to guide and nourish you.

Speak Aloud

Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke and put it on you, and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in spirit; and you will find rest. For the yoke I will give you is easy, and the load I will put on you is light. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭28‬-‭30‬ ‭(GNT‬‬) Put aside the anger and frustration. Learn to follow the example given you. Allow my peace to blanket you. Speak to the winds, turning away anger and wrath. Speak aloud what I have placed inside you.

What Do You Hear?

When Isaiah received King Hezekiah's message,  he sent back this answer:  “The Lord tells you not to let the Assyrians frighten you  with their claims that he cannot save you. The Lord will  cause the emperor to hear a rumor that will make him  go back to his own country, and the Lord will have  him killed there.”” ‭‭2 Kings‬ ‭19‬:‭5‬-‭7‬ ‭(GNT‬‬) Listen to the words which I have given you to hear. Follow me and what I have to say to you. Do not allow fear to guide your decisions. I am yet the creator of all. I speak into existence all life. I am the hope for what is needed. Listen for me and hear my heart.
