is this you?

Jesus answered: In all truth I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above. John 3:3 (NJB)

don’t give up

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Is there anyone among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you then, although you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! In everything, treat others as you would want them to treat you, for this fulfills the law and the prophets. Matthew 7:7-12 (NET)

Fresh bread is available

While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after giving thanks he broke it, gave it to his disciples, and said, "Take, eat, this is my body." Matthew 26:26 (NET) As church was ending today I heard God speak something into my mind. I clearly heard him say, "Fresh bread is available."  Thinking over this word I was then aware of a picture being shown to my mind's-eye. It was that of honey being applied to a hand and forearm. I could see that there was a healing taking place, as that honey was applied. He told me the honey was representative of his presence. If we allow the substance of his presence be applied to our lives, healing would come. My mind again comes back to the spoken work, "There is bread available."  While I sense it is for me, I doubt God is limiting it, but is rather opening it to any/all who would come and eat of the bread of life. It too reminded me of a night vision he had given me a previous year. I was climbing up a snow

wonder

And all who heard it wondered at what the shepherds told them.  But Mary treasured up all these things, pondering them in her heart.  And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, as it had been told them. Luke 2:18-20 (ESV)

A Christmas Word for You

But the angel said to them, Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy which will come to all the people.  For to you is born this day in the town of David a Savior, Who is Christ (the Messiah) the Lord! Luke 2:10-11 (AMP) I proclaim my word. My living Word is yet alive. No longer do you need be trapped by the thoughts and traditions of men or yourself. I release great news of a savior is comes to release you from the bondage of any captivity. In Him you can have the liberty intended for you to walk in. I am releasing sight for those blind to what I see within them. I am sending healing to those who will believe; relief from the agonies received from others or even self-inflicted. Good News. Good new is to be shared. It will flow from your inner parts outward to others in need of what I've placed within you. Today my son is renewing hope for all peoples and nations in all situations. Today my son is celebrating with his brothers and sister

Christmas thoughts

Christmas time means many things to us over he years of our lives, some more traditional than others. This year though, I've taken a different look at the familiar. Here are a few thoughts relating to the Christmas story. You may likely have a list of your own applications. -- While I change, the message will not change. For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people. Titus 2:11 (NET) -- I can expect the supernatural to be apart of and more common in my life. The angel replied, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be holy; he will be called the Son of God. Luke 1:35 (NET) -- I should not always expect to understand things. But Mary treasured up all these words, pondering in her heart what they might mean. Luke 2:19 (NET); Matthew 1:20 -- Despite my own internal issues, it is still good to be with family. In those days Mary got up and went hur

from a psalm of Asaph

Let Your hand be upon the man of Your right hand, upon the son of man whom You have made strong for Yourself. Then will we not depart from You; revive us (give us life) and we will call upon Your name. Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; cause Your face to shine [in pleasure, approval, and favor on us], and we shall be saved! Psalm 80:17-19 (AMP)

another set of paradigms

Late this afternoon I stopped at a store before taking the dogs for our walk. On the way to the car I saw a dime. As I reached to pick it up, I saw another. I bent over picking them up simultaneously, one in each hand. I heard myself say, "Another set of paradigms." I wondered what God may want to be saying. We went onto our walk. As soon as we got out of the car we heard a train passing. Both the dogs and myself are fascinated to see them pass by. As we walked a bit, we came across two parked cars, the people were sitting on the picnic table talking as we walked by. Unusual I thought, as it was cold to be sitting/chatting outside. Further along, the dogs are excitedly barking. Two adult whitetail deer run across our pathway. They stop a safe distance away from us and look at the dogs who are still barking at them. Now we are walking back to the car, and there is another train. It caught my mind again, there were several "pairs" today. Two dimes, two dogs, t

the Christmas gift

And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth. John 1:14 (AMP)

I will bring you back

Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you. Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive. Jeremiah 29:12-14 (AMP)

the revealed light

Then Jesus spoke out again, “I am the light of the world. The one who follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12 (NET)

a short word

Sometimes we can receive a word from God and do nothing with it. That is not what he wants. We have instruction, "Pursue love, yet desire earnestly spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy. For one who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God; for no one understands, but in his spirit he speaks mysteries. But one who prophesies speaks to men for edification and exhortation and consolation. One who speaks in a tongue edifies himself; but one who prophesies edifies the church. 1 Corinthians 14:1-4 (NASB). Hence I apologize for holding onto this short word I had r eceived. I want to bring change. I invite you to participate with me.

my food for thought: then, now and later

Recently I was reading, sitting at my computer when I heard the Father-God speak to me. It was but one sentence, for which I knew I was to think over. He asked, “What do you want to do?” I was drawn back to another time when several years prior. He gave me a verse through the time of my clock as I was driving to a conference. He asked, What time is it?” I had to look. I said, it is 6:27. I knew there was a very specific 6:27 verse for me. And for some unknown reason I knew it was in Jeremiah. I read Jeremiah 6:27 several times in different translations to see what I might glean. It was when I read from George M. Lamsa’s translation (1934, A. J. Holman Company). I was taken back to that verse in relation to the question. I have set you as a seer among my great people, that you may know and understand their ways.” Jeremiah 6:27. It took several years for me to any any internal thoughts as to what he was initially asking/saying to me.

the way of knowing

You have heard; now look at all the evidence! Will you not admit that what I say is true? From this point on I am announcing to you new events that are previously unrevealed and you do not know about. Now they come into being, not in the past; before today you did not hear about them, so you could not say, ‘Yes, I know about them.’   Isaiah 48:6-7 (NET)

generational sharing

O my people, hear my teaching; listen to the words of my mouth. I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter hidden things, things from of old-- what we have heard and known, what our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done. Psalm 78:1-4 (NIV)

an attitude

Each of you should be concerned not only about your own interests, but about the interests of others as well. You should have the same attitude toward one another that Christ Jesus had, who though he existed in the form of God did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped, but emptied himself by taking on the form of a slave, by looking like other men, and by sharing in human nature. Philippians 2:4-7 (NET)

the question

The question remains valid. It matters not what others think or say, or even Peter’s answer. You alone must experience the answer before it can be answered. He asked them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered him, “You are the Christ.”  Mark 8:29 (NET)

giving away

What are you giving away? Don't hold onto what I have given you, but share it. Let me multiply upon the earth. Give it away. Show your good fortune and gifting, so you can have more. Don't be bound by self-expectations. Free yourself and rely upon me. Learn what to give away and what to keep. Give in to the pleasures of experiencing me.

keys and responsibility

So pray this way: Our Father in heaven, may your name be honored, may your kingdom come, may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:9-10 (NET) I'm sure I'm not the only person whose heard "bad" teaching on the concept of  binding and loosing. I was listening to a teaching and the topic came about. It brought a new, clean light to my mind. If Jesus calls them the keys of the kingdom (Matthew 16:19), they are important concepts for us to grasp and practice. What I heard today was like this, "If it does not exist in heaven, it should not be permitted to exist on earth. But if it does exist in heaven, then we should be practicing it on the earth". The responsibility is ours. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven."  Matthew 16:19 (NET)

lead them to me

Gather yourselves unto me. Come up and sit with me. I have much for you to do. Come near and I will instruct you. Come closer and find yourself healed. I am your shepherd-protector. Do not grow weary. Continue to climb up my mountain. I am the one drawing you.  I am the one who grants you dreams of a future. Sit with me, for I have chosen you to rule, to delivery my justice and mercy upon the earth. You are mine and I will reward you. Allow me to move among you that we may talk and share my thoughts. I am looking for those who will intercede for my people; for those who would speak upon their behalf. Lift your voice aloud and shout, "Here is your God!!" Cast out fear. Let my love be seen in your every reaction. Lead them to me.   You who bring good tidings to Zion, go up on a high mountain. You who bring good tidings to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with a shout, lift it up, do not be afraid; say to the towns of Judah, "Here is your God!" See, the Sovereig

a thought we often suppress

For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him…  Philippians 1:29 (NIV)

your time with me

Happy are the people who know the festal shout, who walk, O Lord, in the light of your countenance; they exult in your name all day long, and extol your righteousness.  For you are the glory of their strength; by your favor our horn is exalted.  Psalm 89:15-17 (NRSV) It is time for you to walk in the light of my forgiveness and grace. There are things I want to show you.  There are some scabs of the past which must be removed so that healing can occur.  There are misrepresentations and strongholds awaiting to be toppled. My love is for you. Renew the expectations and excitement you once held. Come back. Spend your time with me.

Directions for success

Be devoted to prayer, keeping alert in it with thanksgiving. At the same time pray for us too, that God may open a door for the message so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may make it known as I should. Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunities. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer everyone. Colossians 4:2-6 (NET)

a word of thanksgiving

Shout out praises to the Lord, all the earth! Worship the Lord with joy! Enter his presence with joyful singing! Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us and we belong to him; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give him thanks! Praise his name! For the Lord is good. His loyal love endures, and he is faithful through all generations. Psalm 100:1-5 (NET)

The time is 3:21

My son, preserve sound judgment and discernment, do not let them out of your sight; Proverbs 3:21 (NIV) 3-2-1 Yes, I'm counting down. The count down is active, but not as you might expect. My ways are to bring all into the fold; peoples of every nation are to be at my table.  Cast out the darkness, bring the light to them.  Do not be silent. Bombard the heavens with the intercession I've given you. I'm counting on you to accomplish your part. Discern the voice of my direction and cast a wider net. Visit unfamiliar waters. Learn to move in expectancy and abundance. I am the great provider-creator. There is nothing too difficult or me. Follow the direction I shall give in dreams. The count-down has begun. The harvest will be innumerable.

promises yet to be fulfilled

"Remember these things, O Jacob, for you are my servant, O Israel. I have made you, you are my servant; O Israel, I will not forget you. I have swept away your offenses like a cloud, your sins like the morning mist. Return to me, for I have redeemed you." Sing for joy, O heavens, for the Lord has done this; shout aloud, O earth beneath. Burst into song, you mountains, you forests and all your trees, for the Lord has redeemed Jacob, he displays his glory in Israel. Isaiah 44:21-23 (NIV)

passage

Open for me the gates of the just king’s temple! I will enter through them and give thanks to the Lord. This is the Lord’s gate — the godly enter through it. Psalm 118:19-20 (NET)

As I was driving home

Summon your power, O God; show us your strength, O God, as you have done before. Psalm 68:28 (NIV) As I was driving home from work yesterday I heard the Father speak these two short items. Find the answer for yourself. Do you know what I am doing? I want to move off of the page and into your heart. This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. 1 Corinthians 2:13 (NIV)

Are you led or leading?

For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. Romans 8:14 (NET)

Come to the source

Look, the little tribe of Benjamin leads the way. Then comes a great throng of rulers from Judah and all the rulers of Zebulon and Naphtali. Summon your might, O God. Display your power, O God, as you have in the past. Psalm 68:27-28 (NLT) Come to the source and find what you are seeking. Come drink freely that you may be activated in what I have for you. Come to the source of life and resurrect the dead. Come to the source of living water and share with all who thirst. I am the living WORD. Allow me to speak through you. I am the source of all light. Come into my presence and my out-shining will heal those whom you pass. Let the light shine forth for the world to focus upon, that it would illuminate their heart. Come to the source for pure love casts away all fear. Awaken to the fact that you have within you what the world desires.  Be drawn to the great light, the source of all things. As he was going along, approaching Damascus, suddenly a ligh

And they who are wise and understanding among the people shall instruct many and make them understand, though some [of them and their followers] shall fall by the sword and flame, by captivity and plunder, for many days. Daniel 11:33 (AMP)

net profit

“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was cast into the sea that caught all kinds of fish. When it was full, they pulled it ashore, sat down, and put the good fish into containers and threw the bad away. It will be this way at the end of the age. Angels will come and separate the evil from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace , where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 13:47-50 (NET) He told them, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they threw the net, and were not able to pull it in because of the large number of fish.   So Simon Peter went aboard and pulled the net to shore. It was full of large fish, one hundred fifty-three, but although there were so many, the net was not torn. John 21:6, 11

his example

As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased."  Matthew 3:16-17 (NIV)

With eyes and ears opened

Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the desert and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. So Moses thought, "I will go over and see this strange sight--why the bush does not burn up." When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, "Moses! Moses!" And Moses said, "Here I am."  Exodus 3:1-4 (NIV)

using gifts

So we, numerous as we are, are one body in Christ (the Messiah) and individually we are parts one of another [mutually dependent on one another]. Having gifts (faculties, talents, qualities) that differ according to the grace given us, let us use them: [He whose gift is] prophecy, [let him prophesy] according to the proportion of his faith; Romans 12:5-6 (AMP) Never lag in zeal and in earnest endeavor; be aglow and burning with the Spirit, serving the Lord. Romans 12:11 (AMP)

I want you

...but the people who know their God shall prove themselves strong and shall stand firm and do exploits [for God]. Daniel 11:32b (AMP) I want you to know my heart is for you.; to learn the depth of my love and acceptance. I want you to experience me and all I have for you. I want you to more than just succeed, but to outlandishly prosper in all ways. I want you to rise above the mundane and sit with me in heavenly places. I want you gain a new exuberance when you read my word. It will come to life and into your being. I want you to cast out the demons of your past, to lay hands on others that I may fill them; to extend my grace to the nations. I want you to look for me, to walk each day with me I want you, all of you. God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the e

and I was not aware of it…

Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Haran. When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep. He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. There above it stood the Lord, and he said: "I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying. Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring. I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you." When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he though

revelation

"There is so much more I want to tell you, but you can't bear it now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.  He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me.  All that belongs to the Father is mine; this is why I said, 'The Spirit will tell you whatever he receives from me.' John 16:12-15 (NLT) While I am yet away, I am with you. The Spirit is revealing my heart to those who will listen. The Spirit will teach you. Ask and receive in line with what I have for you. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. There is freedom from self-expectation.  There is no condemnation from me. While you may not see me, I am ever-with you. Ask Him for direction. He will reveal the way to me. He will reveal my heart for you. There is never-ending love and acceptance.

healing is ours

“Come on! Let’s return to the Lord! He himself has torn us to pieces, but he will heal us! He has injured us, but he will bandage our wounds! He will restore us in a very short time; he will heal us in a little while, so that we may live in his presence. So let us acknowledge him! Let us seek to acknowledge the Lord! He will come to our rescue as certainly as the appearance of the dawn, as certainly as the winter rain comes, as certainly as the spring rain that waters the land.” Hosea 6:1-3 (NET)

ALL GLORY

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Ephesians 3:20 (NLT)

So great a glory

And he set up the courtyard around the tabernacle and the altar, and put the curtain at the gate of the courtyard. So Moses finished the work. Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. Moses was not able to enter the tent of meeting because the cloud settled on it and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. Exodus 40:33-35 (NET) For if what was made ineffective came with glory, how much more has what remains come in glory! 2 Corinthians 3:11 (NET)

Can you identify?

Our attitude colour or distort the way we interact with the world around us. It reflects our inner person at that moment. We must learn to become dependent; to have new eyes which can focus upon what God the father values. Even though a very familiar piece of scripture, re-read it slowly and identify which character you are most like.  Do you like the answer? “Now his older son was in the field. As he came and approached the house, he heard music and dancing. So he called one of the slaves and asked what was happening. The slave replied, ‘Your brother has returned, and your father has killed the fattened calf because he got his son back safe and sound.’ But the older son became angry and refused to go in. His father came out and appealed to him, but he answered his father, ‘Look! These many years I have worked like a slave for you, and I never disobeyed your commands. Yet you never gave me even a goat so that I could celebrate with my friends! But when this son of

more on the door

I do much thinking in my travel time to/from work, as I have about a 35 minute commute. I was asking about he "door" thing, asking for eyes to see what and when I'm to see when I heard God seek to me. I clearly heard him say, Come through the door." Today in church, I was a bit stunned when our pastor was speaking to the congregation. I heard him speak the same words God had spoken to me, "Come through the door". In the next moment I found myself alone outside in a field. It was a clear day and I heard the "whoosh" of doors coming closed behind me, as I'd stepped through some threshold. I felt such a difference, as if some weight had been lifted, the air was now different. It filled me wit a newness of life, and it was as if I was looking far into the distance. The next moment, I found myself back in the church service, but clearer more attached to/by God. At a point in the service, we broke into groups of 2-3 and were to pray for more

It was appropriate

Then the father said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and everything that belongs to me is yours. It was appropriate to celebrate and be glad, for your brother was dead, and is alive; he was lost and is found.’” Luke 15:31-32 (NET)

Open your heart. Make room for me, that I, the king of glory may come in. I am more than the small slices of your current recognition. Allow my fullness to dwell within you. How much more my glorious riches, than the hope of glory you now realize. Open the gates of your life that I may enter. I am more than you have yet imagined. Allow me to prepare you for what is to come. Lift up your heads and gaze onto me. Rise up from your current ways and be confident in my ways. I am the King of Glory. I am calling you unto me. I have prepared the way that you may come unto me. Draw nearer. Do not stop at the base of my mountain. Begin the ascent of my holy hill. Open your heart unto my ways and I will wash away the obstacles which cloud your vision. I will cleanse you. Make room for me in your life, that my fullness may enter your heart. What are you waiting for? Have no fear for I have equipped you. My Spirit is directing and encouraging you to step out. Become apart of what I have created for you. The commission is simple: Get Out. In relying upon me you will be more than sufficient. Reach out, believing I am with you. Walk firm in what I have planted within you. Do not allow my seed to go to waste. I have placed no limitation on what I can do through you. Yes, you have my approval. Now step into what I have created for you. Move into the reality of my promises. If there is still any doubt, Yes this word is for you. "Keep asking, and it will be given to you. Keep searching, and you will find. Keep knocking, and the door will be opened to you. to comfort others

Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles so that we may be able to comfort those experiencing any trouble with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (NET)

His ways

The Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart and saves such as are crushed with sorrow for sin and are humbly and thoroughly penitent. Many evils confront the [consistently] righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:18-19 (AMP )

All that I have is yours

I had been praying in bed one recent night, talking with God when I was next in a twilight sleep. I heard him speak to me, "What do you see?" Instinctively I opened my eyes and said, "The door is open." I felt this flood of peace pass through me and I thanked him. A few days later I asked him again about the open door and it's application when I heard Jesus say. Allow me to be your example, for within me is life. I have successfully traversed from life though death and into life again.  I have gone through the doorway ahead of you. Eternal life is yours. Healing is your inheritance. Come to me and learn rest. My ways have not changed. Take my yoke. Allow me to direct your journey. Allow my spirit to work it's way within you. Learn from me. Let me become your example. All that I have is yours.

righteous advantages

The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry; the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. Psalm 34:15-17 (NIV)

This is what the Lord says:

the third day

On the morning of the third day there were thunders and lightnings and a thick cloud on the mountain and a very loud trumpet blast, so that all the people in the camp trembled. Then Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet God, and they took their stand at the foot of the mountain. Now Mount Sinai was wrapped in smoke because the Lord had descended on it in fire. The smoke of it went up like the smoke of a kiln, and the whole mountain trembled greatly. And as the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him in thunder. The Lord came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain. And the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up. Exodus 19:16-20 (ESV)

Ever feel like giving up?

Well, never trust your own feelings. They change with the circumstances of life, but God is never-changing. He delights in you. I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed. This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Psalm 34:4-7 (ESV) This angel of the Lord can be found throughout scripture. It is a wonderful thing when you are God’s friend.

I have gone before you

"The breaker goes up before them; They break out, pass through the gate, and go out by it. So their king goes on before them, And the Lord at their head." Micah 2:13 (NASB77) Look for me. I have gone on before you. Expect to recognize my ways more so in the next two weeks. I will show myself.  Be prepared. Be more active in listening for me. Let thee be an expectation to ask and receive. Enjoy yourself. I am not calling you to dour judgment. Relax in me and see if I will not amaze you. Speak my name aloud, led it be heard in blessing those around you. I am tightening things so you might evaluate your reactions. These next two weeks are important for your growth in kingdom ways. Pass through, as I  have gone before you.

place your hope in me

how is your vision?

Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Jeremiah, what do you see? And I said, I see a branch or shoot of an almond tree [the emblem of alertness and activity, blossoming in late winter]. Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it.     Jeremiah 1:11-12 (AMP)

blesseds from the old covenant

This is what the Lord says: “Be just and fair to all. Do what is right and good, for I am coming soon to rescue you and to display my righteousness among you. Blessed are all those who are careful to do this. Blessed are those who honor my Sabbath days of rest and keep themselves from doing wrong. Isaiah 56:1-2 (NLT)

my blessing

“Listen to me, all who hope for deliverance— all who seek the Lord! Consider the rock from which you were cut, the quarry from which you were mined. Yes, think about Abraham, your ancestor, and Sarah, who gave birth to your nation. Abraham was only one man when I called him. But when I blessed him, he became a great nation.”  Isaiah 51:1-2 (NLT)

walk with me

And God blessed them; and God said to them, " Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." Genesis 1:28 (NASB) I sent my son that might know me; that you could see my heart. I have not changed. My heart is for you. My heart is for those who do not yet know me. As you grow in us, you will grow in awareness of your authority. Multiple my ways. I have not changed. I AM. My names reveal my heart and aspects of my character. Abiding in me you will be fruitful. My ways will multiply within you. It is then you will sense your purpose. It is then that justice can be administered.  Learn to walk with me; You are blessed.

kingdom ways

For the kingdom of God does not consist in words, but in power.   1 Corinthians 4:20 (NASB)

Encouragement from the prophet Isaiah

I will make cedars, acacias, myrtles, and olive trees grow in the wilderness; I will make evergreens, firs, and cypresses grow together in the desert. I will do this so people will observe and recognize, so they will pay attention and understand that the Lord’s power has accomplished this, and that the Holy One of Israel has brought it into being.”   Isaiah 41:19-20 (NET)

the searching out

“ Or what woman, if she has ten silver coins and loses one of them, does not light a lamp, sweep the house, and search thoroughly until she finds it? Then when she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbors, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found the coin that I had lost.’   In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of God’s angels over one sinner who repents.”  Luke 15:8-10 (NET)

three cents

Again a familiar dream. I see three pennies lying on the road. I know they are for me. They are dirty and one is partially embedded in the warm road tar. I awake, remembering that scene. Again I see the same three pennies, knowing I’d seen them earlier. This time I remember picking them up. :end of dreams

no longer will your name be Jacob

So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. It was so.  God called the expanse "sky." There was evening, and there was morning, a second day. Genesis 1:7-8 (NET) As I walked this morning I could sense movement of God brooding within me. I sensed many human emotions churning openly; most, but not all were covered with an anxiety-like layer. It was most certainly a time of uncertainty. As I pondered what I had experienced two seemingly different verses came to mind. As I read them, the message became clear to me. We often forget the order of God as a creator. As family members his ways are passed along to us. Do not be surprised. I can accomplish much from what you  sense as chaos. Be open to the possibilities set before you. See what I've got to accomplish comes after what you feel as the darkest time. Daylight follows the night sky.     Do not be weary and give up. Sing aloud to God our strength; shout for joy to the God of Jacob! Raise a song, sound the timbrel, the sweet lyre with the harp. Blow the trumpet at the new moon, at the full moon, on our feast day. awaiting with an expectation

For the creation eagerly waits for the revelation of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility — not willingly but because of God who subjected it — in hope that the creation itself will also be set free from the bondage of decay into the glorious freedom of God’s children. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers together until now. Not only this, but we ourselves also, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we eagerly await our adoption, the redemption of our bodies. For in hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope, because who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with endurance. Romans 8:19-25 (NET)

the work and wisdom of God

He draws up drops of water; they distill the rain into its mist, which the clouds pour down and shower on humankind abundantly. Who can understand the spreading of the clouds, the thunderings of his pavilion? See how he scattered his lightning about him; he has covered the depths of the sea. It is by these that he judges the nations and supplies food in abundance. With his hands he covers the lightning, and directs it against its target. His thunder announces the coming storm, the cattle also, concerning the storm’s approach.                        Job 36:27-33 (NET)

Yes, you are my prize. I have taken you out of the worldly darkness and I placed my light within you. I have called you into my ways. You will not be satisfied with the things of your past. I have placed a hunger within you. It is a holy discontent so you might draw closer to me.  It is my will that you mature in the giftings I have placed within you. I am honing you; molding you so you will not crumble under the coming pressures. I have brought you out so they may see my mighty hand of mercy. There is nothing I want more than the maturing of the bride. You are my prize, so do not be surprised at what I shall show you. I need to create trust within you, so you might mover ever-closer to me in all aspects of your life.

Question to self

Question to self - “How am I doing?” Based on the gift they have received, everyone should use it to serve others, as good managers of the varied grace of God. If anyone speaks, [his speech should be] like the oracles of God; if anyone serves, [his service should be] from the strength God provides, so that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To Him belong the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.                      1 Peter 4:10-11 (HCSB)

available grace

This is so that God’s multi-faceted wisdom may now be made known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavens. This is according to the purpose of the ages, which He made in the Messiah, Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness, access, and confidence through faith in Him. Ephesians 3:10-12 (HCSB)

what I have for you

‘Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.' Isaiah 41:10 (NASB) Look about what I have for you. As far as your eye can see or you might think to imagine. I've given it all to you. I have given you dominion. Do not limit what you think you can do in my kingdom. My grace is upon you. Great grace flows from you to the world around you as you share me. Don't fear what you think others are saying or what you see of your past for I shall surely help you. Take that step. I will direct you into what I have for you.

things great and small

09/07/09 In my walk I came across a dying squirrel. I would not have noticed it if the dogs had not paused where they did.  I noticed a bad smell and looked about to see the squirrel lying, huddled in a ball. I could see the flies upon it. All the squirrel could do was barely raise its head, and weakly shake the tail to attempt to wave off the flies. I walked away, so the dogs would not want to investigate. My initial thought was how to put the squirrel out of its mercy. I wondered what I might do and asked for God's mercy upon the squirrel. I was struck at the conflicting spheres which still must be within me when the mercy of man related to destruction. It was then I thanked God and prayed for the restoration of the squirrel. I saw an army of eagles. They were high above, flying in formation. I could see a look of focus and determination in their eyes. At one point a particular eagle pointed out the enemy who was directly beneath them. He vocalized he wished to break formation and attack the enemy. But the leader spoke otherwise. Instead, he took the formation up to a higher plane. He explained it was not their mission to attack, but he did send messengers back with what had been observed.

He was ther with aa man (whom I did not clearly see). In actuality we don't have a screen-door; nor did it appear to be our current or past residence. But this dog was wanting in, trying to get my attention.

a different point of view

As I sat in church this morning it became apparent that He was dealing with me and eyes/seeing. I sat in a different area of the church today, more centered, but behind the camera man. I kept noticing that his pants were blue and the top, but brown mid-leg down. I noticed too how the monitor gave a different hue of those on the stage. The monitor gave a very crisp and distinct view of those up front, different from what I was visualizing.  I found myself flying as an eagle high in the sky. There was a sudden and rapid descent. It was if I were soaring downward, yet fully in control. Repeatedly I would find myself in the controlled downward dive. As I was pondering what was occurring, I was now aware of looking out from eagle-eyes. I could sense the movement of each muscle as I looked about below me.

This is 08/01, The beginning of new things. I was counting the found coins for this past month and examining what God may be saying through them, as a group. There were eleven coins, the number of the prophetic. The odd number, the number which is to express God heart, releasing strength, consolation and encouragement (1 Corinthians 14:3). As I opened my Bible, I read from Paul's introductory remarks to his letters to the friends at Colossae. He is asking, "God to fill you with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may live worthily of the Lord and please him in all respects - bearing fruit in every good deed, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might for the display of all patience and steadfastness..."(Colossians 1:9-11). And it came about when He commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, "Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim," he entered and stood beside a wheel. Then the cherub stretched out his hand from between the cherubim to the fire which was between the cherubim, took some and put it into the hands of the one clothed in linen, who took it and went out. And the cherubim appeared to have the form of a man's hand under their wings. Ezekiel 10:6-8 (NASB)

108 - Under their wings on their four sides were human hands

And as I looked, behold, a storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing forth continually and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like glowing metal in the midst of the fire. And within it there were figures resembling four living beings. And this was their appearance: they had human form. Each of them had four faces and four wings. And their legs were straight and their feet were like a calf's hoof, and they gleamed like burnished bronze. Under their wings on their four sides were human hands. As for the faces and wings of the four of them, their wings touched one another; their faces did not turn when they moved, each went straight forward. As for the form of their faces, each had the face of a man, all four had the face of a lion on the right and the face of a bull on the left, and all four had the face of an eagle. Such were their faces. Their wings were spread out above; each had two touchin

Stop Hunting – Start Finding

I'd recently been seeking God for answers to questions which had been affecting me. I asked for something very clear God so I might know it was from him and not my inner-self answering. As expected I did receive answers from him in the next few days. I will share two of these with you, as an encouragement for you and myself. I was sleeping in my bed and was awakened. I went from a deep sleep to an alert wake-awake state in an instant. Now awake I looked about. When I saw my alarm clock I knew it contained a message for me. It read 108. I wrote it, so I'd not forget and quickly returned to sleep, after thanking him for the clue to my answer. I've found in God's economy, doubles are important. When he repeats something it's for a reason. Sometimes we did not realize the initial message, so we find it again. There is usually something we need to grasp. Did you realize that Ezekiel 1:08 and Ezekiel 10:8 (both being a 108) both contain the same basic context? They

"Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you  the kingdom.  Luke 12:32 (RSV) Fear not, I am yet with you. I am yet with you. Do not allow anxiety to rob you. My peace remains for you. Fuel up in me and walk with me. I declare this a new season, a period of time when you shall draw closer to me. A time when you can hear more of me and how I am communicating my ways. My peace can be yours. There is great grace for those who will ask and expect to receive from me. My Spirit of life fills you. My characteristics are embedded within you as you grow in my peace and power is shown. Fear not, I am yet in control. My plans are being carried out. My Word is ever-living in this new season .

So Jesus answered them, "I tell you the solemn truth, the Son can do nothing on his own initiative, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise. For the Father loves the Son and shows him everything he does, and will show him greater deeds than these, so that you will be amazed. John 5:19-20 (NET) I was recently shown a very short vision of a man and a Bible. The Bible was lying open on the ground, and the man stepped onto, or more correctly, into the Bible. The man was hidden within it; he was fully immersed in the word. Today I was walking the dogs. As we went up the street the glint of a penny in the morning sun caught my eyes. I picked it up and a few steps later there was another penny. For me, it was a way to get my attention; for God wanted to give me his two cents. I wondered if that was it or if there may be any more change for me that day. I had to drive to downtown Dayton this morning for jury selection. On the

cross roads

This is what the Lord says: “Stand where the roads cross and look. Ask where the old way is, where the good way is, and walk on it. If you do, you will find rest for yourselves. But they have said, ’We will not walk on the good way.’  Jeremiah 6:16 (NCV)

my provision

Come to me. I have declare you free. Walk in the liberty provided. Dance in your new-found freedom. I have provided for you all things. As my sons and daughters, take a stand. Arise. I am sending you out, as I have sent others. Gather the hungry; compel them come in. My banquet tables are full. No enemy will prevail. Eat and drink of my provision, sharing freely all you shall receive. Allow me to walk with you; to bring down the strongholds. I am your creator-God, the sustainer of all life. Let us make war on my enemies. Let my liberty and healing flow freely where you walk. The master said to the servant, 'Go out to the roads and country lanes, and urge the people there to come so my house will be full. Luke 14:23 (NCV)

newness of life

We get our new life from the Spirit, so we should follow the Spirit.   Galatians 5:25 (NCV)

A good tree is not able to bear bad fruit, nor a bad tree to bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, you will recognize them by their fruit. Matthew 7:18-20 (NET)

Whatever exists now has already been, and whatever will be has already been; for God will seek to do again what has occurred in the past. Ecclesiastes 3:15 (NET)

where are you hiding?

Who is your God? Where are you hiding? What is it that is occupying your mind. Why not talk about it with me? I am your father. I so enjoy conversation with you. You can not hide yourself from me. Open your inner self to me, allow me to work. Make your decision. Be holy. Am I not the same God? I have changed the circumstances so you might grow and succeed in me. You can not produce holiness from your works, but by being with me. Listen not to the voices of the accuser. He brings confusion. He twists and distorts the truth. In the end there is separation and death. Talk with me about your disappointments and fears. Allow me to come near. It is not a time to withdraw from me. I am not angry with you, I wish you wholeness. Jettison the refuse and trash which has encompassed you. Allow my Spirit to wash over and through you. Do not hide your face in shame. Remember the joy when as a child you would ride your bicycle. Now ride upon my wings. The Lord is compassionate and

some reasons to praise

Praise the Lord, O my soul! With all that is within me, praise his holy name! Praise the Lord, O my soul! Do not forget all his kind deeds! He is the one who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who delivers your life from the Pit, who crowns you with his loyal love and compassion, who satisfies your life with good things, so your youth is renewed like an eagle’s. deeper knowledge

And I pray this, that your love may abound even more and more in knowledge and every kind of insight so that you can decide what is best, and thus be sincere and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God. Philippians 1:9-11 (NET)

he will heal us

"Come on! Let's return to the Lord! He himself has torn us to pieces, but he will heal us! He has injured us, but he will bandage our wounds! Hosea 6:1 (NET) Early one recent morning I was given a sort visualization of the Father's heart.  It was mostly dark on my way to work. Ahead of me in the far left lane I saw a white van.  I'm driving a bit more before I see there is a band aid on the side of the van.  It reminded me of one with children's style bad aid with drawings on it.  Much of the back passenger side of the van had a band aid. No sooner than I had focused on the bandaged van and it was then far ahead of me. Too often we tend to put band aids on the issues of our lives. We cover them over, hoping they will self-heal.  God has more. He is our covering and healer.  He wishes for us to come to him so we might find his wholeness and health.  He can be beside us for hours before we may even notice him, But he is drawing us near; He is trying to capture ou

the way before you

So Saul inquired of the Lord, but the Lord did not answer him - not by dreams nor by Urim nor by the prophets.          1 Samuel 28:6 (NET) I have placed all things before you. The way is open. Walk in what I have set before you.  Stop hesitating and measuring in your natural mind. My light is within you; the way before you is clear. Be lead by my spirit. He will teach and lead you into truth. He will answer you if you are seeking. Grow by exercising your faith. Walk in what you have received from me. I have spoken into your heart; I have sent others to direct you. I have sent you night dreams. Even my son needed to learn to grow in favor. I have answered you. The way before you is open.

direction to God

When you seek me in prayer and worship, you will find me available to you. If you seek me with all your heart and soul, I will make myself available to you,’ says the Lord. ‘Then I will reverse your plight and will regather you from all the nations and all the places where I have exiled you,’ says the Lord. ‘I will bring you back to the place from which I exiled you.’ Jeremiah 29:13-14 (NET)

We have a choice…

Jesus answered, "Are there not twelve hours of daylight? A man who walks by day will not stumble, for he sees by this world's light. It is when he walks by night that he stumbles, for he has no light." John 11:9-10 (NIV)

Contrary forces

Yes - there are active contrary forces. We have a choice to make. The ones along the path are those who have the Word sown [in their hearts], but when they hear, Satan comes at once and [by force] takes away the message which is sown in them. Mark 4:15 (AMP) And from the days of John the Baptist until the present time, the kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force [as a precious prize—a share in the heavenly kingdom is sought with most ardent zeal and intense exertion]. Matthew 11:12 (AMP)

truth and mercy

Do not let truth and mercy leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will find favor and good understanding, in the sight of God and people. Proverbs 3:3-4 (NET)

I see a cloud

Driving home from work, I heard the Lord speak to me. It had been a rainy morning, but now the skies were mostly clear and a pale blue clear. He had me look to my left and asked, "What do you see?"  Answering I said, "I see a cloud." I am still leading those who would look to me for direction. I offer protection from the ways of my enemies. Do not give up. Continue to look for that cloud of rain. It will rise up. Learn patience and have faith in the words I speak through you. Draw away into me. Relax in me. I have not changed my heart. I am ever for you. Feed yourself of the bread of life. Seven times Elijah looked from Mount Carmel.  He did not move away or speak until I showed myself. Watch for me. Look for my cloud of presence. The seventh time the servant said, "Look, a small cloud, the size of the palm of a man's hand, is rising up from the sea." Elijah then said, "Go and tell Ahab, 'Hitch up the chario
