Sometimes to get to where I wish you to be going you will need to turn around. There is no need to travel around the base of the mountain again. Follow my direction so you can reach the destination I have for you. Let me bring you up, to the top, so you might see clearly, unobstructed.   Warm yourself in the sonlight of my grace. Learn who you are in what I have you doing.

This morning I had an odd word pop into my consciousness. I heard the word, plankton. I thought to myself, that does not seem good. To me, it does not have a good connotation. The word stayed with me, so I looked for a natural definition. plankton, (from theFreeDictionary.com) the small and microscopic organisms drifting or floating in the sea or fresh water, consisting chiefly of diatoms, protozoans, small crustaceans, and the eggs and larval stages of larger animals. Many animals are adapted to feed on plankton, esp. by filtering the water Plankton is alive, and often becomes food. It can be unnoticed - not particularly visible to the natural eye, but there is life depending upon it. We can be that plankton floating, overlooked, and moving to where we are directed. We can feed others, or wash ashore rotting and unused: the choice is ours.

I will confirm my covenant as a perpetual covenant between me and you. It will extend to your descendants after you throughout throughout their generations. I will be your God and the God of your descendants after you. Genesis 17:7 (NET)

The Angel of the Lord found her by a spring of water in the wilderness, the spring on the way to Shur. And he said, "Hagar, servant of Sarai, where have you come from and where are you going?" Are you listening for me? Let down your defenses and come closer.  Are you watching for me to act? Allow me to work through you. Are you seeking places where I may be found? Relax, I standing in front of you. Do not fear: I am calling you to come closer. The voice of the Lord is upon the waters; the God of glory thunders; the Lord is upon many (great) waters. I remain the same from year to year from age to age. I remain active among you, my creation. I am moving, are you following? Open your eyes so you might join in what I am about to do.  Healing is available, are you ready to dispense it?   I am yet active. Inhale deeply, my breathe is coming upon you. I am coming to the vast waters of people.
