As I sat in church one recent Sunday I saw shafts of brilliant light. They were flowing upward. I could see they transcended through the roof and the darkness and into the heavenlies. There were several shafts flowing upward. As I watched, I could see the lights across the globe. These lights were flowing above the people who were praising him.  These lights were penetrating the darkness of the second heaven,  continuing upward to the Father. There were other shafts coming downward. These lights which were accompanied by heavenly creatures. As I thought about what I was seeing I heard Father speak to me, “I have given you eyes to see.” He impressed upon my spirit that some of these lights represented the prayers ascending and answers flowing back to earth. Others lights were a result of those who were giving Him praise. Both brought concern to the enemy, as it seemed in areas where the light was more concentrated, more answers were flowing downward; the less influence the enemy

Prophecy, however, is not for unbelievers but for believers.  But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or uninformed person enters, he will be convicted by all, he will be called to account by all. The secrets of his heart are disclosed, and in this way he will fall down with his face to the ground and worship God, declaring, “God is really among you.” 1 Corinthians 14:22b, 24-25 (NET)

This seems to be a recurring message for me to give. It is not specifically for all this time, but it is applicable to all who receive it. "Fear not. This is not a time to be afraid".  The message is simple and directed to two sets of people. Group One I'll refer to as Gideon. Fear not because God is with you. You know God has called you, yet you remain hesitant and self-obstructed. You care called to lead. Take your vision away from the destruction of the enemy and trust God. You are called to rout the enemy. To drive out and plant my ways with those I place around you. Group Two I'll refer to an Mary. You too have been selected for this time to birth and sustain the plans of God.  There are those you are to support. They come to you for direction. There are periods when they need much and other times it seems to wane. They need a safe place. A spiritual home where they can be fed and know the love only which you can supply for them. “No one after lighting a lamp covers it with a bowl or hides it under a bed. Instead, the person puts it on a lampstand so those who come in will see the light. Everything that is hidden will become clear, and every secret thing will be made known. So be careful how you listen. Those who have understanding will be given more. But those who do not have understanding, even what they think they have will be taken away from them.“ Luke 8:16-18 (NCV)

The hand of the LORD was upon me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley; it was full of bones. And he led me round among them; and behold, there were very many upon the valley; and lo, they were very dry. And he said to me, "Son of man, can these bones live?" And I answered, "O Lord GOD, thou knowest." Ezekiel 37:1-3 (RSV)

Jesus said, “You have been chosen to know the secrets about the kingdom of God. But I use stories to speak to other people so that: ’They will look, but they may not see. They will listen, but they may not understand.’ Luke 8:10 (NCV)

And he came down with them and stood on a level place, with a great crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. And those who were troubled with unclean spirits were cured. And all the crowd sought to touch him, for power came out from him and healed them all. Luke 6:17-19 (ESV)

Soon afterwards Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his followers and a large crowd traveled with him. When he came near the town gate, he saw a funeral. A mother, who was a widow, had lost her only son. A large crowd from the town was with the mother while her son was being carried out. When the Lord saw her, he felt very sorry for her and said, “Don’t cry.“ He went up and touched the coffin, and the people who were carrying it stopped. Jesus said, “Young man, I tell you, get up!“ And the son sat up and began to talk. Then Jesus gave him back to his mother.   Luke 7:11-15 (NCV) I speak life to you. Awaken to Jesus.

In all you do recognize I am there. I want the best for you; That you would prosper in all aspects of your life. You have been rooted in me. Do not now allow yourself to be separated lest you wither and die. In all you do consider me. My ways bring life. In me your roots grow deeper and strong. In me there is good fruit and life.  Examine the fruit. Good trees produce good fruit. Be ever-near me and you will remain in the vine. Attached to the vine you will find fulfillment. There is life and healing. In my ways you will learn what it means to prosper and bear good fruit. “A good tree doesn't produce rotten fruit, and a rotten tree doesn't produce good fruit. Each tree is known by its fruit. You don't pick figs from thorny plants or grapes from a thornbush. Good people do the good that is in them. But evil people do the evil that is in them. I looked up again and saw a flying scroll. The angel asked me, “What do you see?“ I answered, “I see a flying scroll, thirty feet long and fifteen feet wide.“ And he said to me, “This is the curse that will go all over the land. One side says every thief will be taken away. The other side says everyone who makes false promises will be taken away. The LORD All-Powerful says, ’I will send it to the houses of thieves and to those who use my name to make false promises. The scroll will stay in that person’s house and destroy it with its wood and stones.’ “  Zechariah 5:1-4 (NCV) I was awaken last night, fully aware of a similar themed vision I've had many times. I looked down and before me was a small stream. It was crystal clear. In the easily reachable shoreline were many coins. They shone brightly in the water. I reached down and took as many as I could. I was then awake in my bed. It is time for my people to stop being timid and fearful

I looked up again and saw a flying scroll. It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns. I tell you the truth, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. Luke 12:43-44 (NIV)

Do not give up, but persevere, there will be times of testing.  There will also be times of reward for those who do not lose heart, for those who continue to praise Him, despite circumstances. He is yet and ever in control Then I will bring the remaining third into the fire; I will refine them like silver is refined and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name and I will answer; I will say, ‘These are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The LORD is my God.’” Zechariah 13:9 (NET)

The eyes of the arrogant man will be humbled and the pride of men brought low; the LORD alone will be exalted in that day. The LORD Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for all that is exalted (and they will be humbled), for all the cedars of Lebanon, tall and lofty, and all the oaks of Bashan, for all the towering mountains and all the high hills, for every lofty tower and every fortified wall, for every trading ship and every stately vessel. The arrogance of man will be brought low and the pride of men humbled; the LORD alone will be exalted in that day, and the idols will totally disappear. Isaiah 2:11-18 (NIV)

The LORD said to Moses, “Send men to explore the land of Canaan, which I will give to the Israelites. Send one leader from each tribe.“ Numbers 13:1-2 (NCV) I am sending you out as spies into the land. Go where Holy Spirit leads. Observe all you see. I will make you wise and show you where to go. Report to me what you see. Do not wait, but tell me, So I can direct you. Bring back to me the fruits of your labour. I will guide you and watch over you. I am a God of mercy. In all I do my hand of protection is about you. You too are to be merciful in your calling. The pathway is narrow, but prepared for those who rely upon me. After forty days of exploring the land, the men returned to the camp. They came back to Moses and Aaron and all the Israelites at Kadesh, in the Desert of Paran. The men reported to them and showed everybody the fruit from the land. Numbers 13:25-26 (NCV)

Ask rain from the LORD in the season of the spring rain, from the LORD who makes the storm clouds, and he will give them showers of rain, to everyone the vegetation in the field. Zechariah 10:1 (ESV) Are there any among the false gods of the nations that can bring rain? Or can the heavens give showers? Are you not he, O LORD our God? We set our hope on you, for you do all these things. Jeremiah 14:22 (ESV)

When the people complained, it displeased the LORD. When the LORD heard it, his anger burned, and so the fire of the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outer parts of the camp. When the people cried to Moses, he prayed to the LORD, and the fire died out. So he called the name of that place Taberah because there the fire of the LORD burned among them. Numbers 11:1-3 (NET)

When you seek me in prayer and worship, you will find me available to you. If you seek me with all your heart and soul, I will make myself available to you,’ says the LORD. ‘Then I will reverse your plight and will regather you from all the nations and all the places where I have exiled you,’ says the LORD. ‘I will bring you back to the place from which I exiled you.’ Jeremiah 29:13-14 (NET)

As I was driving the one recent winter day I came upon a pond of water. It was cold and windy, but the water was warmed enough so there was no visible ice. Upon the water and along the shore-side there were many geese. I heard Father question me, "What do you see?". I explained I saw several geese swimming in the cold water upon. He replied, "Yes, they are doing what geese do." I have called you unto me. I have taken you from the world and into my ways. You are my priest. There are things I would have you doing. It is time you should take seriously what I have for you to be doing. Do not grow weary, but present the sacrifices to me for those you represent. You are a part of my chosen leadership. Work together with others I have called. Together my will shall be accomplished. Do not let the fire I have placed within you grow dim. It was he who gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, that is, to build up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God — a mature person, attaining to the measure of Christ’s full stature. So we are no longer to be children, tossed back and forth by waves and carried about by every wind of teaching by the trickery of people who craftily carry out their deceitful schemes. But practicing the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Christ, who is the head. Ephesians 4:11-15 (NET)

Now there are different gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are different ministries, but the same Lord. And there are different results, but the same God who produces all of them in everyone. To each person the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the benefit of all. For one person is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, and another the message of knowledge according to the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, to another performance of miracles, to another prophecy, and to another discernment of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues. It is one and the same Spirit, distributing as he decides to each person, who produces all these things. 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 (NET)
