God With Us

Now the birth of Jesus Christ happened this way.
While his mother Mary was engaged to Joseph,
but before they came together,
she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit.
Because Joseph, her husband to be, 
was a righteous man, and because he 
did not want to disgrace her,
he intended to divorce her privately.
When he had contemplated this, an angel of the Lord
appeared to him in a dream and said,
“Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to 
take Mary as your wife, because the child 
conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.
She will give birth to a son and 
you will name him Jesus,
because he will save his people from their sins.”
This all happened so that what was 
spoken by the Lord through the prophet 
would be fulfilled: “Look!
The virgin will conceive and bear a son,
and they will call him Emmanuel,” 
which means “God with us.””

Be Bold

In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. ‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬-‭5‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) It is time for you to stop and adjust your journey. Reassess your goals and align them with mine. Be bold showing my love. Speak my words of peace.

My Reflection

Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head. The cloth was still lying in its place, separate from the linen. Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb  first, also went inside. He saw and believed. (They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead.) Then  the disciples went back to where they were staying. ‭‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭6‬-‭10‬ ‭(NIV‬‬) I am alive and remain unchanged. Come sit with me. Allow my healing to flow over and through you. Allow my wisdom to guide and direct you in the way you should walk. I am your example. Grow, share and reflect me to others.
