Gate to Remain Shut

Then the man brought me back to the outer gate
of the sanctuary, the one facing east, and it was shut.

The Lord said to me, “This gate is to remain shut.
It must not be opened; no one may enter through it.
It is to remain shut because the Lord,
the God of Israel, has entered through it.

The prince himself is the only one who may sit inside
the gateway to eat in the presence of the Lord.
He is to enter by way of the portico of the gateway
and go out the same way.”

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) Listen for me and my voice of direction. I will give you the instructions you need. Allow my peace to come upon you. Allow my healing to touch you in those tender spots, so you may share me with others. Reach out to them as you might reach out to me. You are my conduit. I will flow through you. Fear not for you are my agent of love. Reflect me to the world. Let your life speak my peace.
