Listening for Me

But be sure you live out the message and do not
merely listen to it and so deceive yourselves.
For if someone merely listens to the message and
does not live it out, he is like someone who gazes
at his own face in a mirror. For he gazes at himself
and then goes out and immediately forgets what sort
of person he was. But the one who peers into the
perfect law of liberty and fixes his attention there,
and does not become a forgetful listener but one who
lives it out – he will be blessed in what he does.

Listen to the sounds as they float about you.
Each is unique and true. Join in, allow your voice
To speak forth. I will fill you with what needs
said. I will direct you, correcting when needed.

Rest in me. Allow me entrance into your heart
and time. If you expect to receive from me,
be ready to respond. Be listening for me.

In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. ‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬-‭5‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) It is time for you to stop and adjust your journey. Reassess your goals and align them with mine. Be bold showing my love. Speak my words of peace.

Walk With Me

Now as Jesus was passing by, he saw a man who had been blind from birth. His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who committed the sin that caused him to be born blind, this man or his parents?” Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but he was born blind so that the acts of God may be revealed through what happens to him. We must perform the deeds of the one who sent me as long as it is daytime. Night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” Having said this, he spat on the ground and made some mud with the saliva. He smeared the mud on the blind man’s eyes and said to him, “Go wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated “sent”). So the blind man went away and washed, and came back seeing.” ‭‭John‬ ‭9‬:‭1‬-‭7‬ ‭(NET‬‬) I am your strength. I am your shelter. Yes, I am all which you need. Allow me to guide you in the journey.
