I Am the Way

-

For Jehovah created the heavens and earth and
put everything in place, and he made the world
to be lived in, not to be an empty chaos.
I am Jehovah, he says, and there is no other!
I publicly proclaim bold promises;
I do not whisper obscurities in some dark corner
so that no one can know what I mean.
And I didn’t tell Israel to ask me
for what I didn’t plan to give!
No, for I, Jehovah, speak only truth and righteousness.
Isaiah 45: 18-19 (TLB)



Pay attention in your journey. I am with you.
I will provide the directions you will need.
I will show you the way for you to be going.

Are you ready? Don't be fooled by the lying
ways of the enemy. Deception is his ploy.
Death is his endgame. Walk with me.

I am still the way, the truth and the life.

Now as Jesus was passing by, he saw a man who had been blind from birth. His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who committed the sin that caused him to be born blind, this man or his parents?” Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but he was born blind so that the acts of God may be revealed through what happens to him. We must perform the deeds of the one who sent me as long as it is daytime. Night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” Having said this, he spat on the ground and made some mud with the saliva. He smeared the mud on the blind man’s eyes and said to him, “Go wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated “sent”).
