Allowing

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, 
who gives generously to all without finding fault, 
and it will be given to you. 
But when you ask, you must believe 
and not doubt, because the one who doubts 
is like a wave of the sea, 
blown and tossed by the wind. 
That person should not expect to receive 
anything from the Lord. 
Such a person is double-minded and 
unstable in all they do.

Watch for me each day. I am there.
Examine your inner reactions. Are they 
what you'd have others see?

Allow my healing to transform you
into what I can already see. Allow
my forgiveness flow through you
and into the lives of others.

considering the light

Then he separated the light from the darkness.  God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.” And evening passed and morning came, marking the first day. ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:1-5‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) This is the message we heard from Jesus and now declare to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him at all. So we are lying if we say we have fellowship with God but go on living in spiritual darkness; we are not practicing the truth. ‭‭1 John‬ ‭1:5-6‬ ‭(NLT‬‬)

Walk With Me

Now as Jesus was passing by, he saw a man who had been blind from birth. His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who committed the sin that caused him to be born blind, this man or his parents?” Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but he was born blind so that the acts of God may be revealed through what happens to him. We must perform the deeds of the one who sent me as long as it is daytime. Night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” Having said this, he spat on the ground and made some mud with the saliva. He smeared the mud on the blind man’s eyes and said to him, “Go wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated “sent”).
