My Hands

“Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?”
They answered, “No, 
we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.”
So Paul asked, “Then what baptism did you receive?”
“John’s baptism,” they replied.
Paul said, “John’s baptism 
was a baptism of repentance.
He told the people to believe in the one coming 
after him, that is, in Jesus.” On hearing this, they 
were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
When Paul placed his hands on them,
the Holy Spirit came on them,
and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.
‭‭Acts‬ ‭19‬:‭2‬-‭6‬ ‭NIV‬‬



Be honest and allow me into your life.
You can't hide your fears or failures
from me. I already know them and yet
my love is ever-available for you.

Come and sit with me. Learn of my ways.
Allow my peace and healing to cover you.
My Spirit is there. Follow the leading. My
hands will guide you in my direction for
your life.

My Reflection

Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head. The cloth was still lying in its place, separate from the linen. Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb  first, also went inside. He saw and believed. (They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead.) Then  the disciples went back to where they were staying. ‭‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭6‬-‭10‬ ‭(NIV‬‬) I am alive and remain unchanged. Come sit with me. Allow my healing to flow over and through you. Allow my wisdom to guide and direct you in the way you should walk. I am your example. Grow, share and reflect me to others.

Your Covering

There were people from all over Judea and from Jerusalem and from as far north as the seacoasts of Tyre and Sidon. They had come to hear him and to be healed of their diseases; and those troubled by evil spirits were healed. Everyone tried to touch him, because healing power went out from him, and he healed everyone. ‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭17b‬-‭19‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) Sit quiet. Listen to the sounds all about you. They are all a part of my creation. You were created in my image. I am from before what you know as "the beginning". Recognize me. Learn to know my names. In them you will find the fullness of me. I will direct you in the way which you need to go. I will be your covering.
