who you really are

This word is for someone known as Charlie or Charles, but many do not know that is actually not your name. I know who you really are.

I have given you my name. With it you have the same rights and privileges as my son.  Come, sit at my table. Talk with me. Speak to me of your dreams and your sorrows.

I have things I would say to you which you do not yet realize. Do not become discouraged or negative at what you think you see. There is a change coming in the leadership.

It is time for you to exercise the gifting you recognize internally. It will grow and stimulate other gifts to become prominent as you mature. My hand of protection is extended to you. Will you accept it and come closer to me?

It is time for you to declare the truth planted within. I have given you my name as those aspects of my character. It is time for you to speak to the land about you. Speak to it and cultivate it. Your voice has the power to give life or to kill. Build up those about you. Encourage them in ways which were absent from your life.

And He said, Your name shall be called no more Jacob [supplanter], but Israel [contender with God]; for you have contended and have power with God and with men and have prevailed. Genesis 32:28 (AMP)

Do not be discouraged. I am with you. Yes, I am working within you, despite what you don’t see or sense. I am with you. Drink-in the water I offer. Apply the balm of my peace to your restlessness. My words bring encouragement. Let them soak into your life. My ways bring wholeness, for now and in the time yet to be revealed. I am active within your life. Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) Listen for me and my voice of direction. I will give you the instructions you need. Allow my peace to come upon you. Allow my healing to touch you in those tender spots, so you may share me with others. Reach out to them as you might reach out to me. You are my conduit. I will flow through you. Fear not for you are my agent of love. Reflect me to the world. Let your life speak my peace.
