out of season

As I was driving my car, I came upon a man walking on the sidewalk. He caught my attention because he was dressed for winter. I could see his hooded sweatshirt pulled up covering his head. He wore a black winter coat, It was buttoned shut. He wore gloves upon his hands. I thought about this man for several days, until God explained,
“He is out of season.”
 
There are several of you who are unsettled, thinking you have missed it. Like the world, you are in a place of tension.  You see others who have graduated and are commencing new journeys.
 
Be encouraged: God has not left you. He is not disappointed with you. You are where you need to be. This is time where you are out of season, not out of God’s favor.

My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) Listen for me and my voice of direction. I will give you the instructions you need. Allow my peace to come upon you. Allow my healing to touch you in those tender spots, so you may share me with others. Reach out to them as you might reach out to me. You are my conduit. I will flow through you. Fear not for you are my agent of love. Reflect me to the world. Let your life speak my peace.
