todays prayer

 Hello God, this is Steve.

Help me to recognize your ways, to recognize your many ways,

I feel useless, like foam drifting upon the warm dirty water.

I can look back and see your active hand upon my life,

but not so much in these times. Don’t allow me to dry up

like a withered plant. Help me to recognize your direction.

Forgive my selfish ways. Create a pure heart and life for you.
