Come and Sit

What causes fights and quarrels among you?
Don’t they come from your desires that battle
within you? You desire but do not have,
so you kill. You covet but you cannot get
what you want, so you quarrel and fight.
You do not have because you do not ask God.
When you ask, you do not receive, because
you ask with wrong motives, that you may
spend what you get on your pleasures.

Quiet yourself. Release your stress and move
your focus to me. I am true and caring. I will
provide you with what you need. I will show
you the pathway to walk. Believe that I hear
your prayers. Come and sit with me.

Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head. Allow my correction to keep you on the right pathway. I will show you things you've not yet seen. My love will overflow you. Fill yourself with my written word. Don't rush through it. Allow it's stories and truth to show my way.

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭24‬-‭25‬ ‭NIV Don't be rushed ahead or be delayed by what you see. Listen for me. I will direct you. I will show you when it is time to move forward. I am what you need. I am the way to life. Put your trust in me.
