Even Now

Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when people succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.
Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
do not fret—it leads only to evil.
For those who are evil will be destroyed,
but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.

Be surrounded with me and the safety
I bring for you. Allow it to grow you.
Be filled yet be hungry for more.

Follow me. Become a reflection of my love.
As you learn to listen, I can whisper my
way for you to move. Trust in me.
I am there even now.

Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head.
