Jehovah Jireh – The Lord will Provide

Just then the angel of the Lord called out to him from heaven,
“Abraham, Abraham!” “Here I am,” he replied.
“Do not lay a hand on the boy or do anything to him,”

said the angel, “for now I know that you fear God,
since you have not withheld your only son from me.”

Then Abraham looked up and saw behind him a ram in a thicket,
caught by its horns. So he went and took the ram and offered
it as a burnt offering in place of his son.

And Abraham called that place The Lord Will Provide.
So to this day it is said,
“On the mountain of the Lord it will be provided.””

Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

Out of the Water
