Upon Learning

He and the others with him were all amazed
at the large number of fish they had caught.
The same was true of Simon's partners,
James and John, the sons of Zebedee.

Jesus said to Simon, Don't be afraid; from now on
you will be catching people.

They pulled the boats up on the beach,
left everything, and followed Jesus.

Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.
