My Light

O Lord, you give me light; you dispel my darkness.
You give me strength to attack my enemies and
power to overcome their defenses.

Since your beginning you’ve been covered with my love.
My covering yet remains with you, protecting you.
My light shows you the way in which you can journey.

Step forward in my confidence. Speak direction and
love to those who cross your pathway. I have placed
them their so you might grow.

Let there be no fear. Walk in knowing whose you are.
You are mine. My light shines from you for others.

Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) Listen for me and my voice of direction. I will give you the instructions you need. Allow my peace to come upon you. Allow my healing to touch you in those tender spots, so you may share me with others. Reach out to them as you might reach out to me. You are my conduit. I will flow through you. Fear not for you are my agent of love. Reflect me to the world. Let your life speak my peace.
