Be the Light

-

You are light for the world. A city cannot be hidden
when it is located on a hill. No one lights a lamp
and puts it under a basket.

Instead, everyone who lights a lamp puts it on
a lamp stand. Then its light shines on everyone
in the house.  Matthew 5:14-15 (GW)



Talk to me, expecting I will answer you;
I will show myself. I will escort you safely
Across the crossroads. I will give direction if
you watch for me.

Don’t try to hide yourself. Step into the light.

Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

Out of the Water
