My Word

And it came about, whenever Moses went out to the tent,
that all the people would arise and stand,
each at the entrance of his tent, and gaze after Moses
until he entered the tent.

Whenever Moses entered the tent, the pillar of cloud
would descend and stand at the entrance of the tent;
and the Lord would speak with Moses.
Exodus 33:8-9 (NASB)



Put aside the distractions which would keep you from me.
My truth is unchanging. That which I have spoken in your
past remains steadfast. Walk firmly with me.

Allow my peace to settle over you, granting you favor
and direction. I am the LORD creator. I do not change.
My word continues to move outward ever-growing.

Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

Out of the Water

Later, when the boy was older, his mother brought him back to Pharaoh’s daughter, who adopted him as her own son. I have drawn you up, out of the waters and into my presence. Walk with me. Lean into me so I can steady your way. I have places yet for you to be going; lives yet for you to reach.
