Recognize Me

He called you to this salvation through our gospel,
so that you may possess the glory of our Lord
Jesus Christ. Therefore, brothers and sisters,
stand firm and hold on to the traditions that we
taught you, whether by speech or by letter.
Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and
God our Father, who loved us and by grace gave
us eternal comfort and good hope, encourage
your hearts and strengthen you in every good
thing you do or say.

Turn off the internal noise and turn to me.
Listen for the sounds all about you. They
represent what they were created to be
doing. So can you.

Throw away the false and recognize me.
Don't be timid. I have spoken to and called you.

Reassess your goals and align them with mine. Be bold showing my love. Speak my words of peace.

Now as Jesus was passing by, he saw a man who had been blind from birth. His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who committed the sin that caused him to be born blind, this man or his parents?” Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but he was born blind so that the acts of God may be revealed through what happens to him. We must perform the deeds of the one who sent me as long as it is daytime. Night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” Having said this, he spat on the ground and made some mud with the saliva. He smeared the mud on the blind man’s eyes and said to him, “Go wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated “sent”). So the blind man went away and washed, and came back seeing.” ‭‭John‬ ‭9‬:‭1‬-‭7‬ ‭(NET‬‬) I am your strength. I am your shelter. Yes, I am all which you need. Allow me to guide you in the journey.
