The Example

Then Jesus appeared. He came from Galilee to the
Jordan River to be baptized by John. But John
tried to stop him and said, “I need to be baptized by you.
Why are you coming to me?” Jesus answered him,
“This is the way it has to be now. This is the proper way
to do everything that God requires of us.”
Then John gave in to him. After Jesus was baptized,
he immediately came up from the water. Suddenly,
the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God
coming down as a dove to him. Then a voice 
from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love—
my Son with whom I am pleased.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭3‬:‭13‬-‭17‬ ‭(GW‬‬)

Learn to trust me. Have I not done those
things which I said I would provide for you?
Even now I speak my heart to you and yet
you get tense and begin to worry.

Trust me. Follow what I have shown you.
Follow the example I provide.

Be Bold

In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. ‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬-‭5‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) It is time for you to stop and adjust your journey. Reassess your goals and align them with mine. Be bold showing my love. Speak my words of peace.

My Reflection

Then Simon Peter came along behind him and went straight into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there, as well as the cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head. The cloth was still lying in its place, separate from the linen. Finally the other disciple, who had reached the tomb  first, also went inside. He saw and believed. (They still did not understand from Scripture that Jesus had to rise from the dead.) Then  the disciples went back to where they were staying. ‭‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭6‬-‭10‬ ‭(NIV‬‬) I am alive and remain unchanged. Come sit with me. Allow my healing to flow over and through you. Allow my wisdom to guide and direct you in the way you should walk. I am your example. Grow, share and reflect me to others.
