a June prayer

-

Father-God,
You are Holy and almighty. You have created all things and know me.

I ask for forgiveness for my hurtful ways and attitudes.
I need more of your ways to come into my life.
Help me recognize and deal with those things which cause my distractions,
those things which displease you in my every-day life.

Grant me peace from being within your presence.

Teach me those kingdom ways which you have created for me.
Show me how to be productive for you and bring you glory.
May your light shine upon me and the pathway created for me.

Draw me to Jesus.  Amen.

Do not be discouraged. I am with you. Yes, I am working within you, despite what you don’t see or sense. I am with you. Drink-in the water I offer. Apply the balm of my peace to your restlessness. My words bring encouragement. Let them soak into your life. My ways bring wholeness, for now and in the time yet to be revealed. I am active within your life. Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

Out of the Water
