Relearning to Fly

Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy! I look to you
for protection. I will hide beneath the shadow of
your wings until the danger passes by.

But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run
and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

Draw closer. Come close and hide in my ways. I am your
protection. Allow my shadow to become provision.
Don’t be driven away by fear, but seek me. I am here for you.

Come out again and re-learn to fly with me. Allow me
to show you what you need to see. I will become all
that you need. You will learn to walk in my protection.
