Your Pathway or Mine?

A while later in the third year of the drought,
the Lord spoke his word to Elijah:
“Present yourself to Ahab.
I will allow rain to fall on the ground.”

So Elijah went to present himself to Ahab.

It’s time to stop trying to figure things out.
I will guide you. Put your trust in me. Allow
your faith to grow. Look out expectingly.
I will show you what you need. I will place
the people into your pathway.

My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) Listen for me and my voice of direction. I will give you the instructions you need. Allow my peace to come upon you. Allow my healing to touch you in those tender spots, so you may share me with others. Reach out to them as you might reach out to me. You are my conduit. I will flow through you. Fear not for you are my agent of love. Reflect me to the world. Let your life speak my peace.
