I Am There

he said, “Get out, everybody! The little girl is not dead
—she is only sleeping!”

Then they all started making fun of him.

But as soon as the people had been put out,
Jesus went into the girl's room
and took hold of her hand, and she got up.

I am there in your situations. Call to me aloud,
expecting my answer. Seek me. Uncover
the secrets I have planted for you to find.

Know my heart. Within it are the answers
and direction you need. I am there.
My blessing is awaiting to be shared.

My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.
