Adonai said to Moshe, “Tell the people of Isra’el,
‘You are to observe my Shabbats; for this is a sign between me
and you through all your generations; so that you will know
that I am Adonai, who sets you apart for me.”

The Lord commanded Moses to tell the people of Israel,
“Keep the Sabbath, my day of rest, because it is a sign
between you and me for all time to come,
to show that I, the Lord, have made you my own people.”

My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.
