Lights On

Once more Jesus addressed the crowd.
He said, “I am the Light of the world.
He who follows Me will not walk in the darkness,
but will have the Light of life.”

Follow the way I have shown you.
I have turned the lights on. They will
Guide you in a time of darkness.

My light is what is needed. I AM.
Don’t allow fear to be your guide,
but trust in my guidance. I will
continue to lead you.

Watch and listen for me. I have
Gone before you and am awaiting you.
Fear not. I am ever-with you. I am
the light in the darkness.

Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.
