Draw Near

So give yourselves completely to God.
Stand against the devil, and the devil will run from you.

Come near to God, and God will come near to you.
You sinners, clean sin out of your lives.

You who are trying to follow God and
the world at the same time,
make your thinking pure.

Draw closer. Be secure in me,
my Word and my ways shall protect you.
Don't allow the way of my enemy to bring fear.
He is defeated.

Draw nearer. There need be no fear.
Allow the shadow of my wings to protect you.
You are my creation.

Do not become distracted by the enemy,
But follow the way I shall show you.
I have plans for you.

Rest in me and do not allow discouragement to affect you. My love for you is ever-growing. It reveals itself as you allow me to work. Replace what you don’t see with my assurance. My words will come to pass. They never fail. There is nothing I have shown you that I will not perform. Let the water of my living word refresh you.

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) Listen for me and my voice of direction. I will give you the instructions you need. Allow my peace to come upon you. Allow my healing to touch you in those tender spots, so you may share me with others. Reach out to them as you might reach out to me. You are my conduit. I will flow through you. Fear not for you are my agent of love. Reflect me to the world. Let your life speak my peace.
